Terms of Service

Updated 13 October 2026 (v2.2)

1. Provider and contact

SayNoWay at play.saynoway.com is operated by Prio1 Oy, registered in the Finnish Trade Register, Business ID 2211129-7, Kytäjärvenkaari 20, 05720 Hyvinkää, Finland. Contact: [email protected]; +358 400 400 510 (your provider's normal call charges). Personal data is explained in our [Privacy Notice](PRIVACY_v2_2.en.md).

2. Who can play

You must be at least 16. Public Meet tables, Friends rooms and Dates with people you know are available from 16. Flirt tables, blind dates with strangers and 18+ question sets require you to be at least 18. We apply these limits using the date of birth you provide and the adult confirmation requested in the game. Give accurate age information.

Your account is personal and uses passwordless Prio1 Login. Keep access to your sign-in email. Creating a SayNoWay account does not automatically create accounts in other Prio1 services.

3. Play and other players

SayNoWay is a social game about fictional choices. Answers are not instructions, promises or consent to real-world contact or intimacy. Public tables include strangers who can see the player information and answers revealed to their table. Friendships require shared play and an accepted request. Messages are available to current tablemates during play and to friends afterwards.

Do not impersonate others, harass, threaten, sexually pressure anyone, send unwanted sexual content, share illegal content, misuse payment methods, evade blocks, spam or interfere with the service. Do not disclose another player's personal information or messages without permission, except where reasonably necessary to report abuse, obtain confidential help or exercise legal rights.

You retain your rights in your own content and permit its use to provide the features you use. Do not submit content you have no right to use. Our game content is owned by or licensed to Prio1; access does not grant a right to sell or redistribute it. Sponsored rounds are identified as advertising.

4. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid virtual units for use within SayNoWay, not money that can be transferred or ordinarily cashed out. Purchased credits do not expire merely through the passage of time while the game operates, subject to account closure below. Genuinely free promotional credits are used before paid credits; paid credits are used oldest purchase first.

Packs are one-time purchases through Prio1 Pay using Stripe. The selected pack, credit quantity, total price including applicable taxes and accepted payment methods are shown before payment. Credits are added after payment confirmation. You receive an order confirmation in a form you can retain.

SayNoWay requires an internet connection and a browser supporting JavaScript, secure WebSocket connections and necessary browser storage. Any additional material compatibility restriction is disclosed before purchase. The credit cost and corresponding real-money price of a paid action are shown before confirmation. A match that does not start is not charged. For a paid match started during a statutory withdrawal period at your express request, withdrawing before completion may require payment for the service already provided. Withdrawal from that match ends only after full performance with the required prior acknowledgement and confirmation.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

We provide the refunds required by applicable law, not an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Where statutory withdrawal applies, the normal period is 14 days from conclusion of the purchase contract. You may withdraw for the unused purchased credits, including the unused part of a pack. The refund is the proportionate amount actually paid for that part. Using some credits does not remove the right for the unused remainder.

Use Withdraw from contract in the credit-purchase area, or send a clear withdrawal statement to [email protected]. No reason is required. The [withdrawal instructions and optional model form](WITHDRAWAL_v2_2.en.md) explain the procedure and refund timing.

Refunded or reversed payments result in the corresponding credit adjustment. Exercising statutory rights is not grounds for a penalty. These rules do not limit other mandatory remedies, including for unauthorized payments, non-delivery or defective services, or a longer withdrawal period required by law.

6. Closing and restoring your account

You can delete your account in Settings. It immediately becomes unavailable for play and your profile is hidden from other players. For 30 days you can automatically restore your profile and remaining credit balance. Friends and messages are not restored. After that period, account recovery ends and remaining game credits are lost.

Account deletion does not itself request a refund or remove a refund right you have under the law. No voluntary cash refund is granted merely because you delete your account. The deletion screen shows your balance and these consequences before you confirm.

7. Reports and restrictions

Report a player in the game. Anyone, including a non-player, can report illegal content to [email protected]. Identify the content precisely, explain the alleged illegality, provide your name and email, and state that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Identification requirements have the exceptions provided by law.

Reports are assessed against these rules and applicable law. Operators review content reports; automated controls enforce age limits, blocks and access rules. We acknowledge notices and communicate decisions and applicable redress information when contact details allow, without undue delay. Restrictions may include removing content or limiting, suspending or closing an account, proportionately to the seriousness and circumstances. Where required, affected users receive reasons, including the grounds, scope, duration and any automated means used. A suspension does not itself forfeit purchased credits; permanent closure remains subject to statutory repayment rights.

To challenge a decision or reach a person, contact [email protected]. This is also our Digital Services Act contact point for authorities, in Finnish and English. Available judicial remedies remain unaffected.

8. Service changes and consumer rights

We may make necessary changes for security, legal compliance or changes to essential external technical services. Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity must meet applicable statutory conditions and must not impose an extra charge. We notify you of material changes to these terms.

If a service change has more than a minor negative effect on access or use, we give the advance notice and cost-free termination right required by law, including the applicable 30-day period from notice or the change, whichever is later. Applicable repayment rights remain. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but remain responsible for statutory conformity, including required updates. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to correction, price reduction or termination and a refund. Contact [email protected] about defects or complaints.

9. Law and disputes

Finnish law governs. This does not remove mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of habitual residence. You retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in your home courts. A qualifying consumer dispute can also be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/). These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
