Credit purchases

Where statutory withdrawal applies, you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from conclusion of the purchase contract. Send your statement before the period expires. A longer period applies where required by law.

Use Withdraw from contract in the SayNoWay credit-purchase area. Select the purchase, check the unused purchased credits and refund amount, and confirm submission. We promptly email an acknowledgement recording your statement and its date and time. You may instead send a clear statement by email or post, or use another legally valid method. The optional form below is not compulsory. An order number helps identify the purchase but is not a condition if it can otherwise be identified.

For an unused purchased remainder, we refund its proportion of the price actually paid for that pack. There is no withdrawal-processing fee or deduction of payment-provider charges. Free promotional credits have no refundable purchase price. This does not exclude other statutory refunds relating to used credits, unauthorized payments or defective or undelivered services.

We make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost. Refunded credits are removed. Closing your account does not cancel an existing statutory claim.
